Aluminum Billet Casting Table

The main function of the aluminum billet casting table is to transform high-quality molten aluminum and aluminum alloy, processed from the smelting process, into semi-finished aluminum and aluminum alloy products. This is achieved by continuously pouring the molten aluminum into the crystallizer, where it solidifies and forms billets with a consistent cross-sectional shape.

Additionally, it features a control unit and a robust hydraulic system to ensure precise operation and consistency in billet formation.
