Aluminum Billet Stacker
Working principle:
- Automatic billet stacker is capable of stacking the required layers of billets to an appropriate height, and then these stacked billets are grouped to from the batch for transferring to following process.
- After being formed in batches, the stacker will place these stacked billets on transfer cart and transfer it to homogenizing furnace.
- Once billets are homogenized, billet stacker then send these billets to long billet billets sawing area in a precise positon.
- Automatic billet stacker operates by using PLC system for accurate controlling through signal transmitting. Smooth running is highly guaranteed thanks to electrical operating combined with advanced brake unit.
