Foshan Shijia Intelligent Industrial Equipment Technology Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of aluminum extrusion auxiliary equipment. We are focusing on research, development, design, manufacturing, marketing and services of aluminum extrusion auxiliary equipment, with the major products here at our company cover aluminum sawing solution, aluminum billet preheat furnace, billet saw, billet deoxidizing and descaling machine, aluminum extrusion stretcher, cooling table etc.

We can provide customized aluminum extrusion solutions according to the customers' needs. We also provide good after-sales services to our customers, including installation and commissioning of equipment, as well as equipment operation training for customers.

R&D
We have our own R&D team, in which, the research personnel have been engaged in this field for over 15 years. Due to their efforts, we developed hot saws and billet deoxidizing and descaling machine in 2016, the hot saw is designed to cut heated billets after the heat furnace, while the billet deoxidizing and descaling machine is for removing the heated billet surface film all at once, perfect for customers who are demanding in aluminum extrusion profiles.

Design
Aluminum extrusion equipment here at Shijia have well designed structure, which can lower the use of hydraulic pressure and pneumatic and reduce equipment failure rate. We also adopt overhead manipulator for billets clamping and aluminum clips collecting device in some equipment. Besides, the control system here at our company is easy and simple for operation and has low requirements for the equipment operators.

Production
Critical parts of the aluminum extrusion equipment here at Shijia are all completed by CNC machining center to ensure high precision of the spare parts.
