1. Structure of furnace body
Single billet preheating furnace only allows one aluminum billet to be heated in the furnace at a time, while the multi billet preheating furnace allows multiple billet to be preheated inside the furnace.

Multi billet preheating furnace
Advantages
1. The preheating furnace features long preheating time, but is available for uniform heating effect;
2. The preheating furnace has a better temperature preservation effect.
Weakness
1. There are limitations on the length of the aluminum billets, which depends on the length of the heating furnace;
2. The furnace covers a large area.
