Primarily engineered for the continuous handling, cooling, and horizontal conveying of hot-extruded aluminum alloy profiles, seamlessly preparing them for subsequent processes including mechanical stretching (straightening), precision saw cutting, and fixed-length gauging.
Aluminum profiles, after being drawn by the stretcher, will be put on the cooling bed for further oxidation treatment and saw cutting. The aluminum extrusion process cooling table here at JIANENG JINGJIN is available in 57m, with two operational modes: manual and automatic control available to meet your specific needs.

Automated Profile Batched Distribution Table Automatically transitions the profiles from a multi-strand parallel alignment into single strands or sorted, sequential groups, feeding the finish saw seamlessly and maximizing cutting cycle efficiency. -
Pneumatic Transfer Bridge Conveyor System Serves as a critical automated linkage device within the extrusion line to bridge different functional zones (e.g., between the stretcher and the cooling bed, or the cooling bed and subsequent run-out tracks), ensuring profiles cross operational gaps safely and smoothly. -

Stretcher Trailing-Jaw Assembly Positioned immediately behind the motorized trailing gripping head (rear jaw) of the stretcher, this crucial apparatus securely catches and guides the straightened profiles as they exit the stretching bay. -
